I started playing music in the 2nd grade. I attended Hillcrest Elementary school in the heart of the concrete jungle called LA. Two hours on a bus there, two hours back, throw on a 45 minute walk home and that was my life for 5 years while I learned to play the violin. I continued to play the violin for another two years after that. What I figured out later was that while playing in the school orchestra I didn’t really learn how to read music. So what I ended up having to do was memorize all the songs that we were expected to play. Fast forward I’m now 34 and I’ve been writing, producing, playing and composing music for 22 years in one way or another now.For a long time it was a hobby, but 7 years ago that changed. I started doing training videos, industrial videos, short films, and sales videos. I continued on and did music for a bunch of toy commercials (Mattel) including Barbie, wrote an album of kids songs (for CHALK Preschool), done several film trailers, recorded several hundred hours of Voice Overs, and just finished scoring a feature film. All together I’ve worked with numerous singers, musicians and voice over talent. I’ve produced music and voice over work that more than 13 million people have seen and heard online and on TV. And I continue to receive rave reviews of the kid’s songs I’ve produced.
