dan haid has been a professional film composer since 2006. dan haid made the soundtrack to the critically acclaimed short film: the universal hanging together of all things by pete huang. you can find this film on www.imdb.com. dan haid has since worked on many short films including the banana chronicles, which was produced in part by the national film board of canada. dan haid has a bachelor of music degree from wilfrid laurier university. his main instrument is piano, but he experiments with organ, synthesizer and guitar. dan was the recipient of the 2007 waterloo-wellington young organ player scholarship. dan haid is continuing to compose for film and television while teaching piano lessons and performing in toronto.
