Jeff is an award winning composer for film, television, videogames, and theatre. Originally from the town of Souris, Manitoba, he moved to Vancouver in 1992 to pursue a career in music production. Interested in composition from an early age, and having been inspired by the film scores of John Williams, Danny Elfman, and Michael Kamen, he began writing music professionally in 1994, writing for corporate videos, museum tours, and student animation projects.
Since 1999, he has scored over 80 films, including the feature films The Marine 4: Moving Target (20th Century Fox/WWE Studios), Leprechaun: Origins (Lionsgate/WWE Studios), and Tasmanian Devils (Original Pictures/SyFy), and Altitude (Foundation Features/Alliance Atlantis).
In 2002, he was co-composer on his first video game, James Bond: Nightfire for Electronic Arts. In 2003 he provided additional music to The Simpsons Hit and Run from Radical Entertainment/Vivendi Universal Games, and wrote additional music to James Bond: Everything or Nothing, supplementing 24 and Homeland composer Sean Callery's score. Since then, he's gone on to score the Penny Arcade Adventures series and the DeathSpank series for Hothead games, and in 2011 he wrote the score for Sleeping Dogs, published by United Front Games.
