I was born and raised in Los Angeles California in the 60's when the Motown sounds where at it's peak. I started playing guitar about the age of 5 years old, mimicking the songs of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and so on. Later on in my youth I turned my ear towards Jazz, especially the guitar style and sounds of George Benson and Earl Klugh. When I graduated from High school, I attended 2 years of Jr. college (LACC.... Los Angeles City College) studying music, mostly classical. I then took a turn towards classical guitar. Over the years I played in various bands but as time progressed, I became enthused with the background/underscore music I heard in TV shows and movies from artists like Lalo Schifrin and Quincy Jones. I'm now putting my hands towards underscore music with the hopes to one day land a score.
