BUT If you purchase some of my music and use it for any type of broadcast project [web/TV/radio/film/ad] then you MUST submit a Cue Sheet to ASCAP and a Cue Sheet to me which documents the music use...

Special note about You Tube: if you use any of my music in a You Tube video, you must list the complete song/composer information in the appropriate fields of the You Tube upload form.

You Tube pays a performance royalty to copyright owners and this helps document my piece of music in their system.
